COVID-19 Policy

Earth Environmental Consultants, LLC. updates its COVID-19 safety protocol regularly to comply with the current state and federal guidance. By attending class during the COVID-19 pandemic, students agree to follow current local and federal regulations and Earth Environmental Consultants, LLC. safety protocols.

Earth Environmental Consultants, LLC. is not requiring to show proof of vaccination at this moment.

We only ask if you are exhibiting symptoms of being sick, such as but not limited to runny nose, fever, sore throat and or coughing to please stay home.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Earth Environmental Consultants, LLC. (Earth) requires a 50% deposit payment for each student to reserve their seat in the course.

The 50% deposit must be paid in advance.

The deposit is not refundable or transferable if the student contacts Earth Environmental less than 12 business days in advance to notify of cancellation. Any refund circumstances and approval are decided at the discretion of the company owner.

The remaining balance must be paid on the first day of the training.

Forms of payment we accept are check, Zelle, cash, direct deposit into the business checking account, or with credit and debit cards.

TERMS & REGULATIONS

• I will always show up on time to class. Late students will not be accepted into class under any circumstance, and payment will not be refundable. THEREFORE, the student hereby accepts to our terms and regulations.
• All decisions with respect to changes of training policy requirements, attendance, prerequisites, payment, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the company.
• EEC reserves the right to deny any student attendance into the class at any period of time.
